Very nice to meet you! I am a People and Team Development Consultant, Business Mentor and Life Coach with 18+ years of experience working in global corporations including Amazon AWS, Medtronic, Graebel and Carrier. I have led, coached and developed teams across EMEA, hired and grown people from graduates to leaders, and built departments from scratch. I now bring that real corporate experience directly to individuals and organisations who need a thinking partner with genuine depth.
My main topics of interest: Uncovering hidden skills, mentoring new corporate leaders, finding the motivation, emotional blackmail and dependancy, facing the fears, collapsing triggers, small business owners mentoring, team diagnostics and development — working with leaders and teams on communication, motivation and cooperation.

When I am not working...
I am a mum to an amazing kid and one cute French bulldog. I enjoy reading, travelling and learning about different cultures and traditions. I am Canadian,Serbian but I also have a special place in my heart for Ireland, where my daughter was born. I love that my clients are based in different countries and that I have such a privilege to meet and work with a diverse and interesting community.
